Provisional entry lists are now available for the Samsung Diamond League Shanghai, the second competition of the 14-meeting Samsung Diamond League series, set for Sunday, 15 May.

Just a few of the expected highlights include the season's first clash between David Oliver (USA) and Liu Xiang (CHN) in the 110m Hurdles, and a head-to-head between sprint stars Carmelita Jeter (USA) and Veronica Campbell-Brown (JAM) in the 100m.

Among those making their 2011 Samsung Diamond League debuts will be High jumper Blanka Vlasic (CRO), the 2010 World Athlete of the Year; former World record holder Asafa Powell (JAM) in the 100m, and Kenyans Vivian Cheruiyot and Linet Masai, the World champions in the 5000m and 10,000m, respectively, who'll face off in the 5000m.
